7-day easy return: products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, unopened and in original packaging (for hygiene, opened skincare cannot be resold). If you received a damaged, leaked or wrong product, tell us on WhatsApp (0311 0980193) within 48 hours with a photo — we will replace it or refund you. Approved refunds are returned within 5–7 working days via JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer. Delivery charges are non-refundable except when the mistake was ours.
